The balcony of the apartment in Nextpoint Residences was designed with comfort as the key factor. The limited design was balanced with dynamic furniture. The choice of lighting, along with the form of the chairs that greatly facilitate movement, was used to reduce the monotony of the space. Calm colors were chosen to create a relaxing area, while a black coffee table with a thin frame was placed to maintain balance in the space.
